AppNote XRD1131: 基于PDF 分析的沸石结构评价
沸石是一种多孔硅铝酸盐材料，在水分子吸附、离子交换、选择性吸附、催化等方面具有优异特性。其晶体结构以TO4四面体（T=Si、Al）为基本结构单位，相互之间通过共顶点的氧原子连接，形成多元环状结构。但在进行加热等处理后，可能会发生非晶化。通过XRD评价晶体结构时，对于晶质经常会使用Rietveld分析方法，但该方法却无法适用于发生非晶化的样品。在这种情况下，通过采用PDF分析，可以从非晶质中提取出结构信息并进行分析。
