Rigaku Corporation, along with its Semiconductor Metrology Division, is expanding its operations in Taiwan to enhance its services for customers in the region and strengthen the corporation’s innovation links with Asia semiconductor manufacturers.

We provide demonstrations of metrology tools and materials characterization, as well as life science analytical instruments. We offer service and applications training, and showcase the latest technologies for thin film inspection, metrology, and monitoring.

Rigaku Technology Center Taiwan (RTC-TW) is our new regional hub for semiconductor metrology, materials characterization, and life sciences, strategically located in Hsinchu’s Tai Yuen Hi -Tech Industry Park. By combining Rigaku’s global X-ray expertise with local engineering, RTC-TW accelerates innovation, enhances collaboration, and delivers rapid support for customers across Taiwan and China.
