TOPIQ | Sample Screening, Strategy Calculation and Data Collection in CrysAlisᴾʳᵒ

We will review best practices to mount/center a crystal, screen it and index it, calculate a data collection strategy and run data collection. The crystal will be a small molecule organic crystal and the system we will use is the microfocus sealed tube XtaLAB Synergy-S using Cu radiation and configured with the Rigaku hybrid photon counting detector, HyPix-6000HE
