Electron Diffraction Publications

Since its launch in 2021, Rigaku's XtaLAB Synergy-ED has produced over 500 unique structures from Rigaku labs alone. As more instruments are deployed in the field, the publication list continues to grow, now exceeding 100 peer-reviewed articles. Some of these structures were analyzed at ambient temperature, while the availability of low-temperature techniques—particularly cryo-transfer—has proven invaluable for preserving sensitive samples, including those vulnerable to vacuum or electron beam damage.
