Measurements
You can load up to 52 measurement samples (including 4 calibration standards) and 3 reference samples. By replacing the measured samples as needed, the system supports up to 1,000 continuous measurements without interruption. The sample transfer speed is more than twice that of previous models, greatly enhancing automation and high-throughput operation. The system also supports automatic replacement of reference pans and automatic calibration functions, minimizing instrument downtime.

■Compatible with All Furnace Types

The automatic sample changer can be added to any type of furnace. Since it is mounted on top of the instrument, it does not increase the footprint.

■Gas Flow-Compatible Sample Section

The sample tray is equipped with a standard gas flow type structure, allowing gas to flow around the sample. This reduces exposure to the atmosphere and is effective for measuring moisture-sensitive powder samples.

■Uses Standard Sample Pans

There is no need for dedicated sample pans for the automatic sample changer. All standard sample pans manufactured by Rigaku can be used as-is.

■Single-Sample Measurement with Interrupt Capability

A dedicated window is provided for single measurement, allowing easy measurement of individual samples. Even during continuous measurement, urgent samples can be prioritized using the interrupt function.

■Automatic Reference Pan Exchange

Up to three types of reference pans can be loaded. When using different types of pans (e.g., aluminum, alumina, platinum) among the 52 sample positions, the system automatically selects a reference pan that matches the sample pan material.
