Gas introduction mechanism

The gas introduction from magnetic seal can be largely divided into two cases: purge gas introduction to protect the seal unit; and introduction of reactant gas in the equipment from a magnetic seal. In either case, gas introduction from a magnetic seal allows the equipment as a whole to be simpler and more efficient.
