Rigaku Europe SE is headquartered in Neu-Isenburg, Germany, and serves the European, Middle Eastern, African, and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) regions.

As part of the Rigaku Group, Rigaku Europe SE is committed to supporting cutting-edge research and development by providing technical expertise, exceptional customer service, and a range of instruments in XRD, XRF, XRT, CT, and SCX. Our dedicated service support team operates from a training room and warehouse, ensuring prompt assistance. Rigaku Europe SE employs more than 100 people.

At our European Center of Expertise, we have eight fully equipped demo laboratories where we showcase our instruments and offer live demonstrations. We work closely with our application scientists to find the best solutions for our customers.

Leading with X-ray Excellence

In 2025, Rigaku Europe SE (RESE) will celebrate its 15th anniversary, marking an important milestone in its journey of growth and innovation. Founded in 1951 in Tokyo, Japan, Rigaku Corporation has become the global leader in analytical X-ray solutions, employing over 2,000 people in more than 90 countries.

Rigaku Europe SE was established in 2010 with a small team in Berlin, Germany. In 2016, RESE relocated to Neu-Isenburg, near Frankfurt, to support its growth. Today, RESE offers advanced solutions in X-ray diffraction, thin film analysis, X-ray fluorescence, small-angle X-ray scattering, protein and small molecule X-ray crystallography, Raman spectroscopy, semiconductor metrology, X-ray sources, computed tomography, nondestructive testing, and thermal analysis.
