On-line solutions

Do you want to reduce sampling requirements by the lab? For real-time process control needs, we offer NEX XT, a total sulfur analyzer for on-line sulfur analysis, and NEX OL, a multi-element analyzer for liquid streams.

  • NEX XT provides on-line determination of sulfur from 0.04 to 6 wt% in various petroleum streams for refineries, pipelines, blending operations, bunkering terminals, and other storage facilities.

Recommended when you need rapid elemental analysis, ideal for testing sulfur, vanadium, iron, and nickel in crude, residual oil, bunker fuels, and other heavy hydrocarbon oils. Offers quick ASTM D8252-19 compliance of nickel and vanadium, measuring chlorine by ASTM D4929 Part C, and much more.

For ultra-low and trace element concentrations NEX CG II

Recommended when you need a highly versatile all-in-one petroleum analyzer for ASTM and international compliance for ultra-low sulfur applications, such as testing ultra-low sulfur in diesel and meeting Tier 3 gasoline requirements per ASTM D7220. This system delivers the lowest chlorine detection limits for ASTM D4929 compliance using Part C methodology and easily meets ASTM D5059 Parts A and C using the Bi internal standard method to measure lead in gasoline samples.
