Open Lab Day at Rigaku Europe

Rigaku Europe’s exclusive Open Lab Day welcomed 15 professionals from academia and industry to its state-of-the-art laboratories in Neu-Isenburg. Held on March 6, 2025 alongside the Franco-German Crystal Growth Conference (DKT) in Frankfurt, the event provided a unique opportunity to explore cutting-edge advancements in crystal growth technology and beyond. With a focus on innovation, hands-on learning, and collaboration, it offered attendees an enriching experience, fostering connections between researchers and industry experts.

Exploring Cutting-Edge Technologies

A key highlight of the event was a guided tour of Rigaku’s advanced laboratories. Attendees explored the latest innovations in X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XRF), computed tomography (CT), and single crystal analysis. These hands-on demonstrations allowed participants to see how these technologies work and how they are used in research and industry. Rigaku’s experts explained each technique in detail, answered questions, and showed how these instruments help advance science and technology.

Valuable Networking Experience

The event was not only about technology but also about building connections. After the lab tours and presentations, attendees gathered over refreshments, sharing ideas and discussing potential collaborations.
