EasyX is measurement plugin for screening/quality control designed to achieve easy measurement, automated analysis, and display of analysis results, along with pass/fail judgement. The trend graph creation function makes it possible to visualize the results and tangible changes in the device status.

From measurement to analysis with as few as three clicks

From measurement to analysis can be executed with as few as three clicks. Even those who are unfamiliar with analysis can use it with confidence or fear of making mistakes.

Automate advanced analysis combined with Powder XRD plugin

Analysis template created by Powder plugin can be utilized.
Automate each analysis step, such as Rietveld refinement (lattice constant, quantification, and so on), crystallite size analysis, crystallinity analysis, peak intensity (ratio).

Display analysis results and judgement of acceptance or rejection

Lists of each analysis result can be shown together with pass/fail judgement.
Users can understand variations in values and acceptance or rejection of results at a glance.

Enable control of user authority

Administrator can limit available functions for each user by user authority setting. For example, enable only display of measurement and analytical results in operator authority. Optimum conditions can be set according to user levels.

Visualize time series variation by trend graph

Apparatus status and analysis result of time series variation can be confirmed by trend graph in real-time.
