Capillary High Temperature Attachment
X-ray diffraction measurement while heating and rotating a sample filled in a capillary
It is possible to heat asample filled in a capillary by blowing hot air from a blow heater, and to perform XRD measurements while rotating the capillary.
Even with samples such as needle-shaped crystals or plate-shaped crystals that tend to be oriented when filled in a regular glass sample holder or aluminum sample holder, by filling the capillary and rotating it, measurements can be made to reduce the effects of orientation. and can be measured while changing the temperature.
The sample section of this attachment head can be heated up to a maximum of 300℃.
*A separate cooling water supply device is required to cool the base.
