Exceptional Temperature Control, Redefined

Have you ever struggled with unstable or inaccurate temperature control during analysis? Common issues include:

Rapid+AdvanceMode2_en

With our newly developed Rapid Control  (patent granted), sample temperatures now track the programmed reference temperature more precisely than ever before. This significant improvement in temperature tracking enables accurate, reliable control throughout the entire measurement. When combined with our newly introduced Advanced Control (Mode 2), the system comes even closer to achieving an ideal temperature profile. It delivers precise linear ramping from the start, and enables sharp, stable switching to the hold phase—just as you intended.

— What is Rapid Control? —

Rapid Control combines conventional PID control with rate-based control. Compared to standard PID control alone, this method provides faster convergence to the target rate and improved stability during temperature holds.

— What is Advanced Control? —

In standard temperature programs, a sample is ramped to the set temperature at a constant rate and then held at that temperature. However, this often leads to overshooting. By enabling Advanced Control, the ramp rate is automatically slowed as the sample approaches the target temperature—like a gradually applied brake—preventing overshoot and maintaining a precise hold. Advanced Control (Mode 2) goes one step further. Before the actual measurement, it records the relationship between the programmed and actual sample temperatures. This information is then used to correct the programmed temperature in real time, minimizing temperature differences and improving accuracy. This feature is particularly effective when precise adherence to a temperature program is essential.
