The matrix data obtained by TG-MS measurement is displayed in easy-to-view 3D, and 2D data can be selected and extracted from various angles.

Evolution gas behavior can be observed at a glance

The 3D matrix data display can be freely manipulated from any angle (360° rotation), which allows to observe evolution gas behavior over a wide temperature range at a glance.

Easy operation with a mouse

You can select and extract 2-dimensional data of mass spectra at arbitrary temperature or MS ion thermograms of arbitrary m/z ion by using the mouse cursor. 

Multiple display of thermal analysis data and MS data

Thermal analysis （STA or TG-DTA） data and MS ion chromatograms data can be shown in multiple display with dragging and dropping a mass number ion by mouse.

Snapshot function

In addition to displaying and handling 3D data, a “snapshot function” is provided to store and manage mass spectra and MS ion thermograms selected and extracted from arbitrary angles and temperatures as bitmap images.

Automatic qualitative analysis for mass spectrum

The mass spectrum selected from an arbitrary temperature can be linked directly to the NIST-MS Library search software (Option) for a qualitative gas analysis automatically.
The measurement data from Thermo Mass Photo can be loaded and analyzed. In addition, for TG-DTA/GC-MS, TG-DTA and GC-MS data can be combined in this software.
