You will see a demonstration of X‑ray Computed Tomography (CT) data analysis using Dragonfly (Object Research Systems). In this episode, you will learn about deep learning segmentation and how to separate segmented objects. You don’t need a prior experience with, or a license of Dragonfly to enjoy this workshop. The audience participated in selecting segmentation methods and comparing different results.

• How to analyze CT data
• How to use deep learning image segmentation
• How to separate segmented objects for further quantitative analysis
