XSPA-1M
Ultrahigh-Speed Hybrid Photon Counting 2D X‑ray Detector
For synchrotron radiation facilities
The latest IC packaging and control circuit design technology makes the XSPA series one of the best performing Hybrid Photon Counting (HPC) 2D X‑ray detectors in the market.
XSPA-1M Overview
Ultrahigh measurement speed
With the latest digital control technology, a frame rate of 56 kfps (2bit) in Standard and 970 kfps in Burst Mode is achieved. Furthermore, the count rate can reach 10 Mcps (after correction) with a minimum exposure time of 48 ns.
Burst Mode enables extremely high time resolution
Enhancing the ability to observe fast transition phenomena.
