Image Processing Virtual Workshop #3. Demystifying Reconstruction Using ImageJ

Have you ever wondered how exactly CT images are reconstructed? In this workshop, we will review how the filtered back-projection reconstruction works and experiment with some sample images. This is an interactive workshop. We will use ImageJ to generate Radon transforms, sinograms, and reconstructed images. You can download the sample images and follow us through the process to get hands-on experience with image processing.
