导言

据报道,对乙酰氨基酚作为新型冠状病毒和流感引起发烧时的解热镇痛药,具有多种晶体多晶型,其中I型容易从溶液中结晶,用于非处方药。II型在溶解度和压片方面优于I型,但热稳定性较差,在控制结晶化方面存在问题。此外,众所周知,III型会在短时间内向II型发生相变,因此很难获得热行为。此次测量中,通过使用能够在短时间内获得衍射图的二维探测器进行XRD-DSC同步测量,观察了从对乙酰氨基酚I型到II型和III型的晶相相变。
