We're pleased to announce the launch of our exclusive online training portal for Rigaku customers. The portal offers four structured courses designed to help users get the most out of their XRD systems: the MiniFlex course, SmartLab Powder XRD, SmartLab Thin Film I, and SmartLab Thin Film II.
Customers with a MiniFlex system have access to the MiniFlex course, while those with a SmartLab, SmartLab 3, or SmartLab SE can take any of the SmartLab courses. The training is self-paced, accessible anytime, and tailored to real-world workflows.
Reactor X: Powering In-Situ XRD Under Extreme Conditions
Rigaku has introduced Reactor X, an advanced in-situ X-ray diffraction (XRD) system designed for precise structural analysis under high temperatures (up to 1000 °C) and diverse atmospheric conditions, including reactive gases and vacuum.

At a research institute in Romania, Rigaku’s SmartLab X-ray diffraction system enabled the detailed study of gallium nitride thin films, a key material in electronics.
