You will see a demonstration of X‑ray Computed Tomography (CT) data analysis using ImageJ (an open platform for scientific image analysis). This time, you will see additional tips about ImageJ, including how to use macros and how to visualize 4D CT data. You don’t need any commercial software licenses to enjoy this workshop. We will review the basic operations of ImageJ and analyze CT images. All data sets used in the demonstration are available below. We encourage you to download the Fiji distribution of ImageJ and demo data sets and follow the process with us.
